CTARS designs and 3D-prints patient-specific solutions for the cranio-maxillofacial region: anatomic models (Visto), orthognathic splints (Bitemarks), patient-specific implants (PSI, Orbital PSI, TJR), cutting guides, IPS, 3D endodontic guides, clear aligners, and the Surgical Rehearsal Platform (SRP).
Our work is made for surgeons, by surgeons. The team includes maxillofacial, plastic, oncologic, orthopaedic, neuro and dental surgeons, alongside engineers and designers, all under one roof.
For most implants, guides and models we work from a CT or CBCT scan in DICOM format. TJR cases use high-resolution CT or MRI. Aligner and endodontic cases require an intraoral scan. [Exact scan protocol and resolution — to confirm]
You can upload your case through the Doctor Portal, or transfer the files to info@ctars.in using a large-file transfer service. Our team confirms receipt before design begins.
Patient-specific implants are printed in titanium and PEEK, the biocompatible materials of choice. Orthognathic splints are produced by 3D PolyJet printing in PolyJet photopolymer. TJR components are made by 3D printing or CNC machining.
Yes. CTARS prepares the design or the virtual plan and shares a preview with you. You confirm the plan, quote and lead time before anything is produced, and you can request changes first.
